Meet Aeoflo
The future of shopping is here, and it’s powered by AI assistants. But are your brand visible when customers ask AI to find the best product? Online stores are optimized for humans, not for AI, putting their growth and overall business at risk. Here’s the story of how we’re changing that.

How It All Started
It was spring 2025 when our founders, Antoine and Zinan, found themselves in an incubator program together. Entering the program, the focus was solely on AI and the future of e-commerce, but Zinan and Antoine realized something fundamental was changing. AI assistant adoption means that customers aren’t just browsing websites anymore, they’re asking AI directly for product recommendation.
The breakthrough moment came when they noticed a clear pattern: when someone searches for “the best running shoes”, they ask their AI assistant instead of scrolling through Google. This led to a crucial question: “What’s the future of e-commerce in an AI-driven world?” With our investors Antler, a global, early-stage venture capital firm, the journey began.
By June 2025, Aeoflo was officially born.
The Name Behind the Mission
Lets break it down. “AEO” stands for “AI Engine Optimization,” positioning it as the SEO equivalent for AI assistants. The “flo” represents flow, or workflow, reflecting the effortless and streamlined service we hope to deliver to our customers. We’re not only making data accessible, but also tangible and useful for professionals.
Our Vision
In five years, Aeoflo aims to become the go-to destination for marketing professionals navigating e-commerce in an AI-driven world. But the vision extends far beyond just technology.
“AI will evolve beyond phones and desktops,” Antoine explains. “It will become your personal companion, your gatekeeper. Being selected by AI will be life or death for brands.”
As technology evolves, Aeoflo wants to be the trusted partner that brands rely on for education, guidance, and tech solutions. We’re a Stockholm based company, but we have a global vision. This reflects on our diverse international team - with members spanning China, France, Sweden, and Australia. We understand commerce from a truly worldwide perspective.
The Problem We’re Solving
Did you know that 50% of website traffic is now AI bots, not humans? When shoppers ask their AI assistant to find products, the AI reads websites to gather information. But here’s the catch: AI doesn’t read like humans do. It processes technical data. Not beautiful design or compelling copy. Most Shopify stores are optimized for the human eyes, not AI comprehension.
Think of it like this: if you are French and a website is in Swedish, you can’t understand or recommend it. That’s exactly what happens when AI tries to read a store that isn’t optimized for AI understanding.
Our Solution
Aeoflo optimizes websites specifically for AI readability. When AI assistants need to select a product to recommend, it can properly understand and evaluate your offerings.
What makes us different:
E-commerce focus: We’re not doing general SEO, we’re laser-focused on e-commerce success
Solution-driven: We don’t just analyze and report, we provide immediate AI visibility improvements
Sales-focused: Our optimization is designed for selling, not just information gathering
For store owners using Aeoflo, the transformation is invisible to the human eye, but powerful in AI search results. Your website looks exactly the same to your customers, but AI assistants can now properly read, understand, and recommend your products. Cause if AI can’t read your website, why would it recommend your products?
